Scholastic Summer Program:
The 2018 Scholastic Summer program (8th to 12th grade in Fall of 2018) is starting on June 16th. Students who sign up will participate in 4 BAYS regattas with practices once or twice a month on Saturdays. The program fee is $ 200 but it does not include the BAYS registration fees (Skipper & Crew can split cost). This program will be for those previous in the program or sailors that have been to a UCSC class or two and are ready to race. The plan is to keep the sailors on the water, sharpen their skills, and the SCYC coaches will include a few special talks / clinics from some of our SCYC professional sailors.
