The “race” across the Andaman Sea will take a few days, depending on individual boats, with the Andaman Islands welcome party and prize presentations. A week is then set side for leisure. Boats can explore the Andaman Islands – a group of 572 islands in Indian Territory – at their pleasure, or for those sailing North, this will be the end of the Rally.

The Antarctica Cup International Yacht Race is a biennial 45 day non-stop circumnavigation of Antarctica in which national teams will compete, with crew of the same nationality as the county being represented, racing in identical 82 ft. high performance racing boats. The race is a true nation vs nation competition and is the ultimate test in planning, leadership and endurance destined to draw immense multi-media audiences world-wide.
The Archipelago Raid is an extreme sailing competition where Sport, Nature and Adventure are perfectly associated. Today, the Archipelago Raid is “the largest and most extreme orienteering sailing competition in the world” The concept is simple. Each team sails intensely day and night on a Formula 18 (5,5 m catamaran), along a unique course drawn among 100.000 rocks and islands. On the way, the competitors have to find 20-25 checkpoints located on islands (pontoons, beaches, boats, lighthouses…) and described in the “Archipelago Raid Book” (latitude, longitude). The teams are free to choose their route between two checkpoints.
