Leading the charge for World Sailing is Darryl Seibel, who has been appointed as Chief Press Officer for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Seibel served as Director of Communications and Olympic Media Strategy for the British Olympic Association from 2009-2014 and before that was the Chief Communications Officer for the United States Olympic Committee.
The Rio 2016 Olympics will be Seibel’s 10th Olympic Games assignment.

The 2016 Summer Olympics is a major international multi-sport event to be celebrated in the tradition of the Olympic Games and is governed by the International Olympic Committee. The host city of the event will be Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and it is scheduled to be held from August 5th to 21st, 2016. On this occasion, the architects of RAFAA reckon Rio de Janeiro design the eco-architectural solar waterfall, also the Solar City Tower for the 2016 Olympic Games standing 105m above sea level.
