P4280739 by Storer Boat Plans
The boat is in surprising original condition.
However the hull has been glassed. We might be looking at removing that and doing it again more neatly.
Glass is really anathema to lightweight wooden boatbuilding. It is so much heavier than timber for the same volume that it is almost always more sensible to make the timber thicker rather than add glass.
Going for more timber generally increases the stiffness of the structure by much much more than the same weight of glass.
