Cowboys conditions at I14 Worlds:
Richmond, CA (August 18, 2018) – As predicated, the wind and swell picked up for a classic day at the ‘rodeo’ on the second day of the 2018 International 14 World Championships.
The Bay can be a wild stallion and certainly threw many of the riders off their boats but Race Two started with Neale Jones and Ed Fitzgerald, GBR 1553, leading to the windward mark. Closely pursued by Race One winners, Andy and Tom Partington, the Australians and German duo Georg Borkenstein and Eike Dietrich – it looked like a repeat from the previous day.
Still tight at Snipe Women’s Worlds:
Newport, RI (August 18, 2018) – Three more races were completed today at the 2018 Snipe Women’s World Championship. Only three points separate the top three with only one race planned for the final day tomorrow.
Nice races are planned from August 16 to 19.
