Farr 40 Europeans Get Underway:
Ancona, Italy (July 6, 2016) – The opening day of the Farr 40 European Championship completed two racing in light winds, with Alex Roepers’ Plenty (USA) sitting in first but even on points with Alberto Rossi’S Enfant Terrible (ITA). Plenty led at the first mark in both races, dropping to fourth in the first race but holding on for the bullet in the second races. A maximum of 11 races are planned for the four day event concluding on July 9. Full report and photos.

Eight Teams for Inaugural Adaptive Match Racing Event:
Eight skippers are now planning to take part in the inaugural Clagett/Oakcliff Match Race event on July 15-17. Competing in Sonars will be Jen French (St. Petersburg, FL), Sarah Everhart-Skeels (Tiverton, RI), Andy Fisher (Greenwich, CT), Pauline Dowell (Charlestown, MA), Spencer Raggio (Malta, NY), Charlie Rosenfield (Woodstock, CT), Dan Evans (St. Petersburg, FL) and Julio Reguero (San Juan, Puerto Rico).
