To start, I would like to make a few things about panic attacks and Anxiety very clear. There is a lot of information on the internet and some of it states that you “May or May Not Eliminate a Panic Disorder” that is a very misleading and simply a lie. Truth of the matter is that panic attacks can go away just as they came and you can find out more about it on my blog. Therefore, I won’t elaborate on the matter in this article, but, I will outline a few things that you can do right away which will give you a good feeling and start your way out of panic attacks.
Understand The Basics
In general, a panic attack is an incident where brain says: “Hey You Should Be Scared Now” and it releases adrenaline to your body for protection. Understanding that concept is the basic key. Don’t worry, a panic attack can’t kill you and is not harmful. It is however, uncomfortable, confusing and unpleasant. I know, because I had them for about a decade.
Take it Easy – Health and Fitness
Yes, we are humans and made of blood and flesh. You must treat your body with care. Exercising regularly one hour a day, three times a week will be enough. More than just feeling more calm and relax you will lose weight, or gain weight and that will give you a better feeling about yourself. Another thing that is very important and happens when you are exercising is, release of adrenaline. However, when adrenaline is released during physical activities you aren’t concerned about the “Strange Feeling” because you know the reason why you feel that way – the exercise. As a matter of fact that adrenaline makes you feel good, alert and super relaxed.
When you have a panic attack and adrenaline is released, your conscious has no idea as to why you feel the way you do and you fill your brain with fear and you start panicking. Now, exercising alone won’t do the trick, but it will give you a more relaxed feeling throughout the day.
Sleep is also very important 6-8 hours a day of sleeping without the TV or radio on is very important. No distractions, you should keep your mind clear and let your brain relax while you are sleeping. Furthermore I recommend fixing your day in a way that you eat 3 meals on time and go to sleep around the same time every night.
