The stormy choppy water of our life becomes smooth sailing with sunshine and clear skies. Meditation is a step forward you can take in re-claiming your happiness, health and harmony in life. Over the 7 weeks you will learn: o How to meditate easily and effectively o How to build your own meditation practice to use at home or work o Breath, heart, release, compassion meditations and more o How taking the time to meditate for only 5 minutes actually creates more time o Breath awareness to reduce stress and anxiety o Releasing unhelpful thoughts to increase confidence and focus o Developing more compassion, acceptance & empathy This is a practical course where several different styles of meditation are taught. Each lesson includes personal instruction & practice. With this course you will have the skills, confidence and experience to meditate anytime and anywhere you choose, by yourself or with family and friends. Class size is limited to 10.
